So, I met this awesome korean boy who agreed to be my Language exchange partner. He's really nice, and his English is good; but I embarrassed myself horribly in front of him! I don't think I spelled a single thing right when talking to him! Ah, I just about died, my face was so red, even after I got on the bus! ////;;; OTL
I mean, my spelling isn't even that great in English, but in Korean, it's like... Bad. BAD. So I decided, I'm going to give myself spelling tests to prevent further embarrassment (hopefully). I figure if he and I speak over skype maybe I can redeem myself a bit, but the time difference is such a pain~
Anticipating said call, I have been writing down anything I could possibly need in a conversation ( a short one) questions, answers, filler responses when I have no idea what he says. The whole nine-yards. I have a Korean dictionary at the ready for when I eventually speak to him, or any of my other partners.
I like him best though, maybe because he isn't that much older than me. Three years. :> Everyone else is 5+ plus so it's sort of awkward. I'll be introducing my cute blog mascot later, so look forward to that~
감사합니다 , 박 상현~ ㄱㄱㄱ!
잘 가! <3
